The portal serves members of the unit owners' association for building management, communication, document sharing and voting.

Accounts and access

Access is tied to unit ownership or a role on the committee / audit commission. Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to a verified e-mail.

Votes are weighted by the share in the building's common parts and are stored immutably (append-only) for legal auditability.
