Personal data protection (GDPR)

The data controller is the respective unit owners' association (SVJ). The portal processes unit owners' personal data for the purpose of managing the building.

What data we process

• Owners' name, address, contact e-mail and phone, and ownership share.
• Voting records (per rollam and at the assembly) and e-mail delivery.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on the SVJ's legal obligations (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the legitimate interest in managing the building. Sensitive data is stored encrypted. We keep data for the duration of ownership and the statutory archiving period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. Contact the SVJ committee via the contact form.
